Content Manager (maternity cover)
We are looking for a highly organised and personable Content Manager to join us on a maternity cover, initially 12 months with likelihood of ongoing employment after the maternity contract ends. From a journalism and/or content production background, you should be a consummate project manager. The Content Manager supports Editorial Account Managers and manages workflow and delivery for around three to five clients.

We have an office in Geneva and a main employee presence in the UK. This is a fully remote role, working on GMT/CET time zone and your employment will be subject to local employment rules. Very occasional travel will be required to team get togethers 1-2 times per year.
Join us and…
Manage content in the pipeline: once commissioned the CM manages the content through to completion
Attend regular work-in-progress meetings with clients
Liaise with graphic designers, video editors and writers (staff and freelance) to deliver on client briefs
Manage feedback/revisions from internal approvals as well as from the client
Write dazzling content, with a focus on scripts and social copy
Schedule social content
Other ad hoc editorial tasks within reason to support the team
What makes you a great candidate?
At least three to four years’ experience in an editorial, production or project management role
Proven success in a project management capacity, with demonstrable ability to proactively manage time and tasks
The ability to thrive in working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple demands and deadlines
Confident and experienced in the use of cloud-based technologies
Working language English

Contract duration: Initial 12-month term with strong likelihood of renewal
Salary and benefits: Competitive, based on experience and location, plus profit share, 25 days annual leave plus local national holidays and one ‘life event’ day, flexible working
Full time/part time: Full-time role (part time at minimum 60% FTE will also be considered for the right candidate)
Location: Remote, UK/India preferred
